What Size Are Your Neckties?
Our standard neckties are 3 & 1/2 inches wide at the widest spot (depending on the design – so read closely!) The width is consistent with current trends in neckwear. Our skinny ties range from 1″ to 3″ Wide. On every tie we tell you the length and width at the bottom of the page.
The length of our regular ties is about 58 inches. This is the standard necktie length available at most stores and the length that fits most people.
Our Extra Long ties are 63” long and typically 3.5 “ wide. If you are 6’2” or taller we recommend an XL tie. Or if you are larger and have a larger neck these ties are great too.
What Size Are Your Bowties?
Our regular-sized bow ties are standard 2.5″ tall and make a strong knot around your neck. Our slim bow ties are just 1.5″ tall. All of our Banded Bow ties have an adjustable clasp that can be worn with all neck sizes.
Are Your Bowties Pre-Tied Or Self-Tie?
Both! You have the option of ordering pre-tied (to make life easier) or self-tie. Our pre-tied are available in Clip-On and Banded bow. The Banded Bow has a strap to wrap around your neck. They are both very easy. We have a variety of styles available for each option.
Do You Have Any Kids Or Boys Ties?
Yes, we have tons of children’s ties for all ages. Our sizes are like this:
8”: 0-18 months
11”: 18 months -3 years
14”: 4-7 years
17”: 8-12 years
48”: 8-12 years
How Often Do You Add New Designs?
We are constantly getting shipments with new designs so weekly we add more and more ties.
I Need To Buy Several Ties Of The Same Design. Do You Have Enough In Stock?
We are here for you for weddings, school groups and family groups. You’ll find we typically have plenty of the ties you need. Our designer ties are the only exception, we often only have 2-3 of those. To find out if we have enough ties for you please email us on our contact page to check before you order.
How Will I Know That My Order Is Being Processed?
As soon as your order is placed it goes into the queue for processing. You will know that your order went through because you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from us at the time the credit card transaction is completed. If you didn’t get this email confirmation, check your spam folder.
When Does My Order Get Shipped?
All orders are shipped out from our warehouse the following business day from the day the order was placed. A Business day is Monday through Friday Excluding Holidays. Weekends are not business days. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping times vary depending on which method of shipping you select :
1st Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days (To see how long your shipment is estimated to take please visit the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map and enter the zip code 84045 as that is where your package will ship from.
Priority Mail Express: 2 Business Day Guarantee. This option guarantees your package will arrive within 2 business days of being shipped.
- John purchased on Monday using 1st Class Mail. His package would leave our warehouse on Tuesday and arrive sometime between Friday & Tuesday.
- If John were to purchase Priority Mail Express on Friday his package would leave our warehouse on Monday and would be guaranteed to arrive Wednesday.
Can I Change Or Cancel An Order That I Have Already Placed?
If you contact us before 9:00 a.m. the following day we will be able to cancel your order before it has shipped. This will make it so that we can cancel your payment and we won’t have to do a refund.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. We offer 30-day cash back. All returns must be unworn, have tags still attached, and invoice receipt in the return package. Tie One On must receive your return within 30 days of your purchase.
Tie One On will not reimburse shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns are processed within 7 business days.
*There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on all orders returned greater than 20 ties.
Is My Email And Credit Card Information Kept Confidential And Secure?
Very confidential and very VERY secure. Tie One On does not sell its customer’s names or addresses. We never have and we never will sell or otherwise give your email address to anyone – not even our mothers.
Your e-mail is used to contact you with any questions or information regarding your purchase and shipment. You will not be sent newsletters unless you have opted into the program.
